I achieve this by creating a team approach. I am your advocate and have no vested interest in the construction or design side. I will educate you, guide you, give you the necessary tools, and most of all be there when you have the tough decisions to make or have questions.  I will help you avoid the pitfalls of remodeling, such as cost overruns, project delays, or reordering of products.  Hand holding is a big part of a successful project, and you should hold the hand of someone you trust.

I can also help you to determine which is the best path for you:

• hiring a small contractor
• acting as the general contractor
• working with an architect and or interior designer
• hiring a design/build firm

Because each project brings its own challenges, each project should be approached in a creative way and one that fits you and your lifestyle.

I start the process by listening to you and your needs.  From there we will select the path that is best. We will discuss the reality factors of the project such as budget, time frame, and homeowner participation. It's a reality check before you even hire a construction professional. Once the path is chosen, I will introduce you to the best construction professionals, as well as, vendors and showrooms. I will be by your side from the very beginning or just when questions or issues arise.
