I have spent many years working directly with interior designers and architects. Through my experience most designers at one time or another find themselves doing work that they just don't have the time for or are outside of their realm of expertise. What if you had some one to turn to when these obstacles present themselves.

Maybe you and your homeowners are ready to move to the next step in design. The homeowner wants to know the cost of your concept design. How about hiring me to create a feasibility study? Now you and your homeowners have valuable information to make future decisions. Maybe the design needs to be scaled back, product selections changed, or things are on track and now your homeowner has piece of mind to continue forward.

Have you had that homeowner that just wants to hire you to do only the design? They will take it from there. It sounds simple enough, but you know that in the end your project maybe changed, the budget maybe blown, the homeowner will become frustrated and that you will most likely never see your project finished. You can refer your client to me and I will make sure they find the right general contractor or process to see your design come to life and their expectations met. Remember they have invested a lot of time and money on the design element and should not have to start over when the contraction phase begins.

So the design is complete, the budget is set and the contractor has been hired (or maybe the homeowner is going to act as their own general contractor). Once the project begins, you find yourself putting in a lot of time overseeing the project. The homeowner now expects you to provide the project management side of the project. What about your other clients? I can be hired by the homeowner directly to provide the project management side of the project. I am there to make sure their needs and wants are represented and that you are involved when the time is right.
